Version 1.0 – Junio 2026
In accordance with international transparency, intellectual property, and digital commerce standards, this website and the software known as Key Light are owned and operated by Arch. Kiony Hilario.
Founder & Lead Systems Architect: Arch. Kiony Hilario.
Contact Email: hello@keylight.pro
Official Website: https://keylight.pro
Activity: Development and commercialization of high-performance software solutions for digital asset management in the CGI, ArchViz, and 3D production industries.
All content displayed on this website and within the Key Light application—including but not limited to text, logos, brand identity, graphic interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) workflows, software architecture (Hexagonal Architecture + Domain-Driven Design), proprietary algorithms (including but not limited to Nexus, Flux, Iris, and Echo engines), and source code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Arch. Kiony Hilario.
Development Record: This project is an original work resulting from an intensive and specialized engineering process of over 3,900 hours of development.
AI-Assisted Code Execution: The software architecture, logical design, algorithmic frameworks, and technical direction were conceptualized and structured entirely by the author. The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools during the code-writing and execution phases acts strictly as a technical assistant and execution utility, and does not grant any intellectual property rights, ownership, or claims to third parties, AI service providers, or LLM platform developers.
Any total or partial reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, extraction, or transformation of these materials, algorithms, or source code without express written authorization from the owner is strictly prohibited and subject to international copyright laws.
Access to and use of Key Light are subject to the acquisition of a valid license (Free, Pro, or Studio plans) and compliance with the End User License Agreement (EULA).
Users agree to use the website, services, and software in a diligent, lawful, and correct manner.
Non-Destructive Workflow: Key Light is designed as a featherweight metadata reader. The software does not move, modify, alter, or perform reverse engineering on the user’s original 3D files, textures, or library paths. The user remains solely responsible for the integrity and backups of their hardware and storage systems.
Unauthorized use of the information contained on this website, distribution of cracked/modified versions of the software, or breach of Intellectual Property rights will result in the immediate termination of the license, blocking of the user account, and immediate potential legal actions.
The owner strives to maintain maximum application stability, performance, and uptime. However, Key Light is provided as a specialized workflow tool.
“As Is” Performance: The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” While heavily tested on libraries exceeding 1TB, the owner does not guarantee that the software will be entirely free of bugs, interruptions, or compatibility issues with future versions of third-party DCC tools (such as 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arch. Kiony Hilario shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, studio downtime, or data loss—arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Legal Notice and any disputes relating to the website or the software Key Light shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of residence of the owner (Arch. Kiony Hilario). Any legal dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
